Do you offer free shipping?

We currently ship within the United States only.
What are your shipping times?
United States: 2–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
When will I receive tracking information?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible at support@maisondenira.com.
What is your return policy?

How do I start a return?
Email us at support@maisondenira.com and include your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
When will I receive my refund?
After your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear (depending on your bank/payment provider).
Do you help with sizing?
Yes. If you’re unsure about sizing, email us your height, weight, and preferred fit, and we’ll recommend the best size.
